Worst experience ever with a financial platform. Could not sell when I wanted and would have been profitable due to platform problems that would not initiate the transactions when requested. Also, I tried to send thousands to the same SOL location I had done numerous times previously only to have Phytom send my funds to an account where they could not be recovered from. Took months to inform me their customer service could not help or reverse the transaction. STAY AWAY!

it's pretty annoying and lame that you still can't scroll in laptop extension. Shouldn't be that hard to implement. I wanna scroll through my tokens or nfts rather than having the click somewhere randomly and press arrow down...

Still not working for Vivaldi Browser, did the initial setup AGAIN, for it still not to load, ever...

Thanks i drove over 2 hours too go too a bitcoin atm and all 60 dollars was instantly sent too another address.

Wallet extension on Brave refuses to open even though it's updated to the latest version. I have since tried to uninstall and re-install but it still won't open. I also tried clearing all my browser cache and it still won't open. Never had issues like this before. I've also tried to reach out via support chat on their help website but their AI chat bot refuses to let me speak to a real person and won't let me create a ticket neither. I basically have no access to my own funds and I'm not happy. I will be uninstalling Phantom for good after I re-gain access to my funds again because this is extremely unprofessional and I have no interest in using a product from a company that doesn't seem to even care about it's users.

Very slow respon wallet

I set the password timeout to 8 hours, but the extension still asks for the password every time. Please consider adding a "no password needed" option for trusted devices; the current behavior is frustrating. Also, there’s no Ledger support for Monad and Eclipse. Instead of trying to support every blockchain with limited functionality, it would be better to focus on fewer networks and ensure full feature support and solid implementation.

It was great nowadays its crashing and crashing whilst my connection is private.

The continues lagging on phantom extension is becoming unbearable

Phantom hasn't been working for weeks on Windows 11 with the latest version of Google Chrome. It opens normally, but doesn't receive any data, making it useless. It still works on Microsoft Edge. Finally fix the issue on Chrome, even if it's Chrome's fault, because you're probably familiar with the problem.

so far it was easy to set up but is so hard to use. the mobile app is failing to sign me in with my pin. and i am trying to make a transaction right now on jupiter exchange and it says "waiting for wallet to sign transaction" but it is not giving me any push notification or ability to confirm this transaction on the phantom extension at all and it is so frustrating.
